The smallest molecule, doing a specific job

Hydrogen (H2) is the smallest molecule there is, small enough to reach deep inside your cells where bigger antioxidants can't. And it's selective. It neutralizes the most harmful free radicals while leaving the ones your body needs alone. It targets the damage, not everything.

One tablet. A real reaction. A real dose.

No $300 machine needed. Drop one tablet into water and the magnesium reacts with natural fruit acids, releasing pure hydrogen gas into a drink at a verified 12 ppm. It's a proven format, formally studied in the pharmaceutical literature.

Why dose matters: some hydrogen products test at close to zero. Potency is everything, so we put our number, 12 ppm, on the label and verify it.

Why it matters: The afternoon crash is the most common daily energy complaint, and most people just add more caffeine.
What hydrogen does: In a randomized controlled trial, hydrogen matched caffeine for improving alertness in sleep-deprived adults, without the jitters or the crash.
Evidence: Well supported by human trial data.

What we promise, and what we won't

We will always tell you the dose. Every Hydriclabs tablet is made to a verified 12 ppm and third-party lab tested. Five ingredients, no fragrance, no dyes, no artificial additives.

We will not invent journals, borrow other people's lab results, or claim hydrogen is a cure. The science is genuinely promising and we are happy to let it stand on its own.

Real afternoons, real people

Finally killed my 2pm coffee

I used to hit a wall every afternoon and pour a third cup that barely did anything. Started dropping one of these in water after lunch and the dip just doesn't hit the same. Steady through to dinner now.

Wanted to call BS

Honestly bought this just to prove it was hype. I read through the studies first because I don't trust supplement claims, fully expected to feel nothing like everything else I've tried. Three weeks in and I'm kind of annoyed it actually works.

Did my homework

I don't buy anything without checking the research, and most "wellness" stuff falls apart the second you look. This one held up. Been using it a month and the steady afternoon energy is real. Not placebo as far as I can tell.

Last gap in my stack

Cold plunge, Whoop, the whole routine. Figured my recovery was already maxed. Added these after lunch and my afternoon readings stopped tanking. Small thing, but I notice everything.

Quietly replaced a couple things

Was taking like 14 things every morning. This does what two or three of them were supposed to. Energy is flatter in a good wa no spikes, no crash, just on.

No jitters, that's the whole thing for me

I'd basically given up on caffeine because it made me anxious and then crashed me anyway. This gives me a clean, level kind of energy with none of that wired feeling. Wish I found it sooner.

I take greens and electrolytes and still felt the difference

Skeptical going in because I already do the whole morning routine and figured I was covered. Noticed within about a week that my afternoons were less foggy. The unflavored has a slight mineral taste but I just use it in cold water and it's fine.

Clean energy, zero jitters

I'm sensitive to stimulants so most "energy" products wreck me. This isn't that. Steady focus through my deep-work block with none of the wired feeling. It's in the daily routine now.

Skeptic here

A cabinet full of supplements that did nothing taught me to expect nothing. Almost returned it the first few days. Then around day 10 I realized I hadn't reached for coffee at 3pm. Still a little surprised, honestly.

The first supplement I can actually feel

I have a drawer full of stuff I bought, took for a month, felt nothing, and quit. This is different. By day four or five I could tell. Easy to keep on subscription.

Recovery is noticeably better

Masters lifter here, 40s. Leg day used to wreck me for three days. Been using these daily for a month alongside my usual recovery stuff and the soreness window is shorter. Not magic but something is working.

Did my homework on this one

I went down the hydrogen rabbit hole and learned half the products out there barely register on a dose test. The fact that they put the 12 ppm number on the label and test it is why I bought. Glad I did.

Tired even though my labs are "fine"

Doctor said everything was normal but I was dragging by early afternoon every single day. Started these after lunch on a whim. First week I actually made it to dinner without that foggy crash. Did not expect that.

Not a believer in much

My wife is into all this stuff, I'm the one who reads the label and rolls my eyes. Looked up the magnesium/hydrogen thing expecting nonsense and the science actually checks out. Been taking it with her since.

Better recovery

I train fasted every morning and the soreness used to linger into the next session. Two weeks of this and I'm bouncing back faster. Tossing one in my bottle is easier than half the stuff I already do.

Easy and it travels

Looked at one of those $300 bottles and couldn't justify it. This does the same thing, costs a fraction, and I can throw a few tablets in my bag for work. Lemon-lime is great.

The brain fog lifted

I'm a teacher and by last period I was mush couldn't think straight, couldn't focus. A few weeks in and the fog is just… less. I can get through the whole afternoon now.

Better sleep, surprised me

Bought it for energy, didn't expect anything for sleep. I'd tried magnesium for that and got nowhere. A few weeks in and I'm waking up less at night. Knocking one star only because I wish the pack was bigger.

Stopped powering through the wall

Every day around 3 I'd hit a wall and force my way through on caffeine. Didn't realize how rough that was until it stopped. Steadier now, and I'm not snapping at my kids by 5.

Slept fine, still exhausted

Eight hours and still waking up tired. That was just my normal for years. I drop one in my morning water now. Not an overnight miracle, but two weeks in and the constant tired feeling is mostly gone.

Didn't want the $2,000 machine

Been curious about hydrogen water forever, but those machines are insane money. This is a tablet you drop in a glass. Same idea, fraction of the cost and I actually use it because it's easy.

Way simpler than I expected

Almost bought one of those hydrogen bottles you have to charge. Glad I didn't. Drop, dissolve, drink. That's the whole thing. The habit stuck because there's nothing to it.

My bottle died, this didn't

Had a hydrogen bottle that stopped holding a charge after a few months. Total waste of money. These just work. No gadget to babysit. Should've started here.

Heard about it one too many times

Kept hearing the same people bring up molecular hydrogen on every podcast I listen to. Finally caved. Two weeks in and I get why they won't shut up about it. Energy's just steadier all day.

Easiest health habit I've kept

I quit every routine that turns into a hassle. This one survived because it takes ten seconds. Toss it in my water in the morning and forget about it. Feeling the difference is a bonus.

Everyone in my feed was on it

Follow a few biohacking accounts and suddenly hydrogen was everywhere. Figured I'd try it before I got left behind. No regrets. The afternoon slump is basically gone.

Trusted the recommendation

Three people in my group chat were on this before me. Caved at our reunion when they all looked weirdly good, lol. Get it now, steadier through the day and not crashing at night.

Last of my friends to try it

I tend to take what the people I follow actually take, and this kept coming up from accounts I trust. Glad I listened. Recovery after workouts feels quicker too.
