Our 30-Day Promise

We want you to feel good about your order. You have 30 days from the day your item arrives to request a return.


Because our products are consumable health supplements, we can only accept returns on items that are unopened, sealed, and in their original packaging. This keeps every product we restock safe and untouched. You'll also need your order number or proof of purchase.


To start a return, email us at support@hydriclabs.com. If your return is approved, we'll send you a prepaid return label along with simple instructions for where to send your package. Please don't ship anything back before requesting a return, as we can't accept unannounced packages.

Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Items

Please check your order as soon as it arrives. If anything is damaged, defective, or not what you ordered, email us right away at support@hydriclabs.com with a photo. We'll evaluate it and make it right with a replacement or refund, no return shipping required.

Items We Can't Accept

For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on:


  • Opened or used products

  • Gift cards


If you're unsure whether your item qualifies, just ask us before sending it back.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll email you to confirm whether your refund is approved. If approved, the refund goes back to your original payment method within 10 business days.


Keep in mind your bank or card provider may take additional time to post the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since we approved your return and you still don't see it, email us at support@hydriclabs.com and we'll track it down.
