Free Shipping, Everywhere

We offer free shipping on every order, with no minimums. We ship worldwide, so wherever you are, we'll get your kit to you.

Order Processing

Orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days. Once your order ships, we'll send a confirmation email with a tracking link so you can follow it to your door.

Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed the next business day.

Delivery Times

Delivery times below are estimates and begin once your order has shipped, not from the time you place it.

• United States: 3 to 8 business days

• International: 7 to 15 business days

Delivery may take longer during busy periods or due to local carrier and customs delays. We appreciate your patience if your order arrives outside the estimated window.

Tracking Your Order

You'll receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order is on its way. If you haven't received tracking within 3 business days of ordering, check your spam folder, then email us at support@hydriclabs.com and we'll help.

Customs, Duties & Taxes (International Orders)

For international orders, your package may be subject to import duties, taxes, or customs fees set by your country. These charges are not included in your order total and are the responsibility of the customer. We have no control over these fees and cannot predict their amount.
